'지금 내 모습 안아주면 돼' 따스함을 담아 전하는 수플의 첫 정규 앨범 [Promenade]

2018년 EP [빛이 모여드는 곳에]로 따듯한 선율과 목소리를 들려준 수플이 긴 호흡을 거쳐
2022년 가을, 자신의 첫 정규 앨범 [Promenade]를 발매했다.
이 앨범은 싱어송라이터로써 전곡 작사, 작곡은 물론 프로듀싱의 첫걸음을 뗀 앨범으로 자신만의 이야기와 선율을 자유로이 포크 팝 사운드로 풀어냈다. 또한 그간 수플과 많은 연주와 작업으로 호흡을 맞춰온 SirinWinds와의 공동 프로듀싱 작업으로 더욱 풍성하고 재미있는 컬러가 더해진 앨범이 완성되었다. 산책을 뜻하는 앨범명 'Promenade' 처럼 트랙을 따라 걷는 듯 다양한 걸음과 풍경을 느끼게 하는 수록곡들은 저마다 목적지를 품고 선율 속을 흘러간다. 그곳은 자신이 바라는 꿈일 수도, 사랑하는 사람이 기다리는 곳이기도, 현실에서 도망치고 싶은 누군가의 휴식처일 수도 있다. 수플은 각자의 마음속 어딘가를 산책하며 여러 모습과 소리로 안내한다. 트랙이 끝날 때쯤이면 천천히 자신의 속도로 걷고 있는 수플의 다음
발걸음은 어디로 향하게 될지 다시 기대하고 싶게 한다. 이제 수플의 산책길로 들어서서 각자의 산책의 시간을 천천히 가져 보시길 바란다.

시시각각 변하는 구름과 하늘의 빛깔처럼
우리의 마음이란 것도 잡을 수 없을 만큼
매일 수없이 흘러가고 있는 중이겠죠.
어지러이 피어나는 생각 속에서
고요히 나를 들여다보려 나섰던 수많은 산책,
여러 계절 속에서 느낀 감정과 생각, 또 새로운 희망을 보던 순간들이
다양한 모습으로 앨범에 담기게 되었습니다.
지나간 시간이 아닌 지금의 나를 있는 그대로
안아줄 수 있기를 바라는 마음을 담은 <산책>을 시작으로
2017년 발매했던 첫 싱글 <소리 없이 지나가요>의 2022년 버전까지,
따뜻하고 푸른 바람이 담긴 저의 산책로를 자주 찾아주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
