Super Junior's Shindong is making headlines with his recent fuller figure, as reported by MHN's Yeon-joo Noh.

On the 20th, Shindong took to social media with a playful video captioned, "Chubby cheeks? The royal bread has arrived!"

The video featured six stars from ENA's new show 'The Prince and the Pauper', including Leeteuk, Dawn, and WEi members. Shindong's adorable pose, with his fist against his cheek, highlighted his noticeably fuller face – a stark contrast to his recent slimmed-down appearance.

Shindong's weight has been on a rollercoaster ride. He previously shed an impressive 37 kg, going from 116 kg to 79 kg. However, the dreaded yo-yo effect hit just three months later. Turning to anti-obesity medication, Shindong found little success. "I reached step 1.7, but my appetite was still raging," he shared. "My doctor joked that I'd 'outsmarted the meds'!"

Undeterred, Shindong ditched the meds and embraced a lifestyle overhaul. His new regimen? No eating after 10 PM, portion control, nixing late-night snacks, and clocking 10,000 steps daily. The result? A whopping 37 kg weight loss in just five months! He even picked up ice hockey to keep the momentum going. But now, fans are buzzing about his apparent weight gain.

Shindong's group, Super Junior, celebrated a major milestone this year – their 21st anniversary in the industry.
