In the wake of escalating controversy surrounding actor Ha Young's great-grandfather, Netflix has called off scheduled interviews with the two lead actors of "This F***ing Love."

On November 11th, the publicity team for Netflix's "This F***ing Love" officially announced the cancellation of Jung Hae-in's interview slated for the 14th. This decision appears to be a direct result of the recent uproar over allegations of pro-Japanese activities by Ha Young's great-grandfather.

Ha Young recently appeared on KBS2's variety show "Problematic Men" to promote "This F***ing Love." During the show, he revealed his family's four-generation legacy in medicine. He also shared that his great-grandfather was among the first doctors to study Western medicine in Japan and establish a practice in Seoul.

Following this revelation, online speculation identified Ha Young's great-grandfather as Ahn Sang-ho, reigniting accusations of pro-Japanese collaboration. Initially, Ha Young's representatives dismissed these allegations as baseless. However, on the 11th, they issued a formal statement acknowledging the discovery of records showing Ahn Sang-ho's name on the 1916 council member list of the Daeeong Friendship Association.

Records indicate that Ha Young's great-grandfather, Ahn Sang-ho, served on the council of the Daeeong Friendship Association, an organization advised by Lee Wan-yong, a notorious pro-Japanese collaborator. Adding fuel to the fire, it has come to light that Ha Young's grandfather, Ahn Boo-ho, previously worked at Sorokdo Hospital, an institution with a controversial history. As these revelations continue to surface, the controversy shows no signs of abating.
