G-Dragon’s ‘Übermensch’ Tops Ktown4u Weekly Chart Ahead of Comeback

(MHN Sports Reporter Yoonbi Lee) – G-Dragon is already making waves ahead of his highly anticipated comeback, claiming the No. 1 spot on the Ktown4u weekly album sales chart once again.
According to Ktown4u, a global entertainment platform catering to international K-pop fans, G-Dragon’s third full-length album Übermensch (Jewel Version) sold an impressive 40,176 copies between February 17 and 23, securing the top spot.
Adding to the album’s strong performance, the Mini Jewel Version sold 19,556 copies, while the Photocard Album Version recorded 11,842 sales, ranking second and third on the chart, respectively.

G-Dragon’s return marks his first full album release in 11 years and 5 months, making Übermensch a highly anticipated project among fans. The album title, derived from the German word 'Übermensch'(meaning 'Beyond-Man'), references philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche’s concept of the 'superman' as an aspirational human ideal.
The album features a total of eight tracks, including the pre-released singles 'POWER' and 'HOME SWEET HOME', along with 'TOO BAD' 'DRAMA' 'IBELONGIIU' 'TAKE ME' 'BONAMANA', and 'GYRO-DROP'.

In addition to the album release, G-Dragon has also hinted at an upcoming world tour under the same title, further fueling excitement among global fans.
